Customer and Company Agree: Valet parking your car is at your own risk. All claimed damage or loss must be reported to attendant or manager before car is taken from parking facility. In all court actions burden of proof to establish claims remains with customer. Company not responsible for items left inside vehicle, vehicle theft, or items other than keys left on key chain. company is not responsible for vehicles left overnight. Presenting ticket is proof of ownership of vehicle. This is the entire contract and no employee can modify it. It is not assignable. Customer waives all laws in conflict with the foregoing.
